Data Recovery Procedures

• Pack your faulty device(s) properly;
• Print the Service Order Form and fill as much information as you can;
• Ship to or drop off any one of our locations, preferably Richmond, BC;
• Wait for the email from us with your service order number;
• Wait for The Accounting Department email as soon as your job is done;
• Make the payment. Save your money and speed up the process by making a prepayment;
• Wait for the recovered data returned to you on the media of your choice, backup hard drive (preferred), or CD, or DVD.

The engineers will start to work on your job(s) as soon as receiving your packages. We will email you when the engineers get any results or need more information. Please make sure you provide us a working email address.

Warning!

Make your device(s) worse, even unrecoverable by

• turning it on and off again and again, or

• try to open the hard drive cover, or

• Try to retrieve your files by yourself with some software, or tips.
