Onsite Service:

 

1. Start from $800, plus $250 per hour AND trip expenses if out of town.
2. Usually take about 1 to 2 days.
3. Prepayment required.
4. You will need to pay $800 for the onsite service AND trip expenses if not successful.
    

Rush Service:

 

1. Plus 50% more on total bill. 
2. Usually take 3 to 5 business days.
3. You will need to pay $100 for the Rush service if not successful.
4. For estimation only and it may take longer if need to find a donor drive, or we do not have enough info quickly, or a big drive with a lot of data, or multiple raid drives.

 

SuperRush Service:

 

1. Plus 100% more on total bill. 
2. Usually take about 1 to 3 days, inclusive weekend (Sat. Sun), holiday, and after-hours, although we do not open to public.
3. You will need to pay $200 for the SuperRush service if not successful.
4. For estimation only and it may take longer if need to find a donor drive, or we do not have enough info quickly, or a big drive with a lot of data, or multiple raid drives.

 

Notes:

 

1. Please plus $250 on total bill for encrypted device.                  
2. You will need to pay $150 for any opened hard drive(s) before sending to us, even if unrecoverable.                  
3. Please add $100 respectively for each additional raid drive, user, no raid box, no raid controller, no tape drive, no tape program.
4. Please add $100/200/300 for physical size of USB/Memory 64GB/128GB/256GB and up, respectively.
5. Please add $100/200/300/400/500/600 for physical size of drive 2TB/3TB/4TB/5TB/8TB/10TB and up, respectively.
6. Please add $100/200/300/400 for physical native size of tape 500GB/1TB/2TB/3TB and up, respectively.
7. Please add $100 for OS recovery, $150 for program recovery.

You may cover the cost for parts or a donor drive, or you may get discount if you have and provide the similar device(s) as donors, about $50 ~$250 off, which may speed up your data recovery job, and increase the success rate.
